For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to help people see how amazing they are. I see everyone as a human being first, followed by their life experiences and the results of them.
I’m a Santa Cruz native, UCSC banana slug alumni, and a California state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I began my therapy career working with people experiencing active emergency crises that require immediate care and attention. My time spent in psychiatric facilities, crisis stabilization units, leading out-patient groups, and providing individual therapy has given me great empathy, compassion, and an in-depth feeling of connectedness to the human experience.

As an integrative therapist, I offer Telehealth therapy to clients throughout California, making care accessible and flexible.
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, intense emotions, or neurodivergence make everyday challenges harder to navigate. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you better understand yourself, strengthen emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and build practical tools for lasting change.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when you have spent years trying to manage things on your own. I believe therapy is a place to feel understood, develop insight, and learn practical skills that fit who you are. Together, we can create a path toward greater calm, confidence, and connection.
My Approach

Narrative therapy is about looking at your life as a story and remembering that you are not the problem; the problem is the problem. In therapy, you talk about how certain stories about yourself may have formed over time and how they’ve affected the way you see yourself and your choices. Together, we work to strengthen the parts of your story that reflect your values, resilience, and the person you want to be moving forward.

Person-centered therapy is about having a space where you can be fully yourself without fear of being judged. The therapist shows up as a real, supportive person who listens deeply and respects your experience. In therapy, the focus is on helping you trust your own feelings and insights so you can move toward growth and change at your own pace.

DBT is a practical, skills-based approach that helps you manage intense emotions, handle stress, and navigate relationships more effectively. It focuses on finding balance and accepting yourself as you are while also learning tools to make changes that improve your life. In therapy, you learn concrete skills for staying grounded, communicating clearly, and responding rather than reacting when things feel overwhelming.

ACT therapy is about learning how to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings instead of constantly fighting them. It helps you get clearer about what truly matters to you and take meaningful steps in that direction, even when things feel uncomfortable. In therapy, the focus is on living a fuller, more values-driven life rather than trying to eliminate every hard emotion.

Important Details
For insurance processing, billing, scheduling, secure messaging, and clinical documentation, I currently use Headway as my practice management platform. Headway provides the technology that allows me to verify insurance benefits, submit claims, process payments, maintain your electronic health record, and conduct secure telehealth sessions. While Headway provides support for these administrative and technical functions, I am an independent licensed therapist operating my own private practice, and I am solely responsible for your clinical care, treatment decisions, and the confidentiality of your health information. If I ever transition to a different secure practice management platform in the future, I will notify you in advance and work to ensure that your care continues as smoothly as possible.
All sessions are via Telehealth
Clients must be physically located within the state of California at time of session
Please make sure your computer or cellphone video & audio are working properly prior to session start
Please provide at least 24 hr notice for session changes and/or cancellations otherwise you will be fully charged for your scheduled session
